I have joined Scion as the Portfolio Leader Indigenous Trees for Distinct Value Wood Products, part of Impact Area 2 – Forest to Timber Products.  I have a background in Māori research, evaluation and data. I bring a Kaupapa Māori and Indigenous lens to the portfolio, and look forward building the programme and contributing to the innovative work that Scion does.

Former Research Manager for Te Mātāwai and Waikato-Tainui College for Research and Development; Co-lead of the Thriving Regions theme of the Building Better Homes, Towns and Cities National Science Challenge; Operations and Programme Manager for Te Kāhui Raraunga, the operational arm of the Data Iwi Leaders Group.
