Scion and Forest Growers Research (FGR) are hosting a joint webinar next week to share learnings and applications for the NZ Forestry industry from the recent IUFRO World Congress in Stockholm, Sweden.

This week-long IUFRO meeting covered a wide variety of topics under the theme Forests and Society towards 2050. Five Scion staff and one FGR representative attended. With technical sessions, poster sessions, field trips and keynote speeches, the attendees each listened with a different lens and took away something different.

The joint webinar will feature short talks and Q&A sessions with each of the Scion and FGR attendees with each sharing their insights and takeaways for Scion and the New Zealand forestry sector.
